How long is warranty?
We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1 year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
What is not covered?
- Wear & tear
- Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
- Failure to maintain
- Commercial or institutional use
- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
- Any item where an alteration has been carried out
- Clearance and/or display products
- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

How do I make a claim?

which will guide you through the process of reporting a manufacture fault with your product. At the foot of the warranty information page you will locate our Warranty webform, please complete this and submit it, and our dedicated Warranty Team will start investigating your issue for you. Please make sure that you Include all relevant information, including your order number, postcode, a description of the problem and any photographic evidence that you have collected.
Does my warranty cover zips/buttons?
Our warranty covers any genuine manufacturing faults that develop within one year. Unfortunately the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear or accidental damage.
My sofa is out of warranty, can you help?
If your warranty has expired unfortunately we are unable to investigate any issues with your sofa may now be experiencing.
We would recommend contacting Castelan Group as you can arrange a repair directly with them, however you would need to cover the cost of this.
